Naama Veedu may collect information you provide when you contact the store, request a product, create a customer account, save delivery addresses or household profiles, build shopping lists, create or submit an order, choose delivery or pickup, or communicate with staff. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, product requests, and notes you choose to provide.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, review product requests, process and fulfil orders, confirm payment, provide customer service, improve store operations, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
3. Service providers
Naama Veedu uses service providers to operate the website and store. These may include Vercel for website hosting, Nhost for database, authentication, and file storage, Stripe for payments when enabled, and Brevo for transactional email when enabled. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services.
4. Payment information
When card payments are enabled, card details are entered with the payment provider rather than stored in the Naama Veedu application database.
5. Browser storage
The website uses browser storage and may use essential cookies for features such as customer and staff sessions, security, and the customer cart. These technologies support site operation rather than advertising.
6. Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, store operations, dispute handling, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

Naama Veedu uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect customer and staff information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Access and correction
Customers may contact Naama Veedu to ask about their personal information, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable legal requirements.
9. Processing outside Quebec
Some service providers may process or store information outside Quebec or Canada. Where required, Naama Veedu assesses the privacy implications before communicating personal information outside Quebec.

### Account preferences and shopping history If you use a customer account, Naama Veedu may store named delivery profiles in your Address Book, including recipient contact details and delivery addresses, named shopping lists, recently viewed products, and linked order history. Recipient details are used only to support the shopping and fulfilment choices you make. If you save information about another person, you should have their permission to provide those details to Naama Veedu for that purpose. Recurring-delivery fields may be prepared in the system but automatic recurring orders are not enabled.
### Account suspension and deletion Naama Veedu may suspend account access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security concerns, or violations of store policies. Customers may also delete their account through the Delete Account page in My Account. Completed order and transaction records may be retained where reasonably required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes even after login access is removed.
